baby on board

dom and i had the pleasure of sharing with our families that we are 3 months pregnant...we are due mid-september...the 13th is the official due date...we had our 12 week appointment with our midwife on friday and heard the heartbeat for the first time...it was so incredible and amazing...words cannot describe it...
we were also able to have an ultrasound at just about 9 weeks...the following is the picture from that visit...the baby was about 2.8cm long...we couldn't hear the heartbeat at this point but saw the flutter of it and found out it was beating nice and strong at 162 beats a min...
pretty amazing stuff...keep checking back for more updates...the next appointment with the midwife is April 1st...

SOOOO sweet! Aren't ultrasound pics amazing? I'm thrilled for you two and hope everything goes well. I asked about your due-date on facebook but looks like I got the info. here so I don't forget again. :) Hope your week goes well!
